Generation failed or still pending? Credits and next steps
Understand confirmed failure, unknown provider outcomes and the difference between credits and cash.
A pending task is not always a failed task
A provider can accept a request even when the website does not receive its response. Starting another generation in that situation can create another paid request. Keep the task ID and check your history. An unknown provider outcome needs investigation before a fresh submission.
What credit restoration means
The application is designed to restore the credits charged for a task once after a confirmed failure, including a blocked output. Repeated refreshes must not create repeated refunds. This is a system rule, not a claim that every external failure scenario has already passed live acceptance. Public generation remains closed while that acceptance is completed.
When a result is held for review
A generated file can exist without being ready for download. The workflow stores the output privately and checks it before release. A pending safety review does not mean the file has been approved. Wait for a final task state or contact support with the task ID; do not send your photos or private download links in public messages.
Credits are different from money
Restoring task credits does not refund a payment to your card. Public checkout is currently closed. A proposed cash-refund workflow still needs payment-provider and accounting acceptance before it can be offered. Do not interpret this guide as a promise that a cash refund has been processed.
